Frequently asked questions

Why is the rate different from my bank's?: RateSnap shows market reference rates. Banks, card issuers and exchange offices add their own margin and fees, so the amount you pay can differ.
Does it work offline?: Yes. RateSnap keeps the last downloaded rates, so every currency pair still converts without a connection.
Price scanning isn't available.: Scanning needs an iPhone that supports Live Text (A12 chip or later) and camera access. Check Settings → RateSnap → Camera.
How do I use Siri?: Say “Convert currency with RateSnap” and Siri asks for the amount, or “Scan prices with RateSnap” to open the camera. You can also put “Scan Prices” on the Action button in Settings → Action Button → Shortcut.
Does Apple Watch follow my iPhone?: Yes. The currency pair and amount sync between iPhone and Apple Watch automatically.

常見問題

為什麼匯率跟銀行不一樣？: RateSnap 顯示的是市場參考匯率。銀行、信用卡與換匯所會另外加上匯差與手續費，實際支付的金額可能不同。
沒有網路可以用嗎？: 可以。RateSnap 會保留最後一次下載的匯率，沒有網路時所有貨幣組合都能換算。
無法掃描價格？: 掃描價格需要支援「原況文字」的 iPhone（A12 晶片或更新機型），並允許使用相機。請到「設定」→「RateSnap」→「相機」確認。
怎麼用 Siri？: 說「用匯率計算機換算匯率」，Siri 會問你金額；說「用匯率計算機掃描價格」會直接打開相機。也可以到「設定」→「動作按鈕」→「捷徑」選擇「掃描價格」。
Apple Watch 會跟著 iPhone 嗎？: 會。貨幣組合與金額會在 iPhone 與 Apple Watch 之間自動同步。
