刪除帳號或資料Delete your account or data

在 App 裡刪除（最快）

• iPhone：設定 → 刪除帳號
• Android：設定 → 刪除帳號

只刪除部分資料（保留帳號）

• 訊息：長按自己 24 小時內傳的訊息 → 收回。雙方都只會看到「訊息已收回」，內容會從伺服器刪除（iPhone 和 Android 都可以）。
• 回憶照片（iPhone）：回憶 → 打開照片 → 右上角選單 → 刪除。
• 自製貼圖（iPhone）：貼圖 → 長按貼圖 → 刪除。
• 清單項目、暗號辭典、感謝罐（iPhone）：在項目上向左滑 → 刪除。
• 其他想刪除的資料（例如心情紀錄）：用你註冊的電子郵件寄信到 tw466376@gmail.com，寫明要刪除的內容，我們會在 7 天內處理並回信。

沒辦法打開 App？

請用你註冊的電子郵件寄信到 tw466376@gmail.com，主旨寫「刪除帳號」。我們確認是你本人後，會在 7 天內刪除，並回信告訴你。

會刪除哪些資料

• 你的帳號、個人資料與大頭照：立即永久刪除。
• 你們的共享空間（訊息、照片、回憶等）：另一半會看到空間已中斷連結，可以在 30 天內匯出，之後永久刪除。
• 推播用的裝置代碼：立即刪除。

Apple 的訂閱需要在 iPhone 的「設定 → Apple 帳號 → 訂閱」另外取消。

Delete it in the app (fastest)

• iPhone: Settings → Delete account
• Android: Settings → Delete account

Delete some data, keep your account

• Messages: long-press a message you sent in the last 24 hours → Unsend. Both of you see "Message unsent", and its content is deleted from our servers (iPhone and Android).
• Memory photos (iPhone): Memories → open the photo → the menu at the top right → Delete.
• Your own stickers (iPhone): Stickers → long-press a sticker → Delete.
• List items, the secret dictionary, the thank-you jar (iPhone): swipe left on an item → Delete.
• Anything else (your mood history, for example): email tw466376@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and say what to delete. We do it within 7 days and let you know.

Can't open the app?

Email tw466376@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". Once we confirm it's you, we delete it within 7 days and let you know.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and photo: deleted for good right away.
• Your shared space (messages, photos, memories and so on): your partner sees it was disconnected and can export it for 30 days, then it is deleted for good.
• Device tokens for notifications: deleted right away.

Apple subscriptions are cancelled separately in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
